Group Classes
Christina's Natural Childbirth Group Classes provide couples with a comprehensive education in natural birth. Through our classes, couples will learn about maintaining a healthy pregnancy to improve their chances of a natural birth, as well as gain an understanding of the natural process of labor and birth. Additionally, couples will be trained in techniques that help mothers seeking a natural birth, such as relaxation, breathing, and positions.
Private Childbirth Education
If you are looking for private, one-on-one childbirth education, couples can choose Christina's 4-week, in-home private class option. Over the course of 4 weeks (in 8 hours), you will learn the basics of a healthy pregnancy as the foundation to a healthy birth, the natural process of labor and birth, and gain practical tools that will enhance your comfort during the labor process. You will also be provided with the knowledge you'll need to make informed decisions throughout your pregnancy and the labor process.
